周永全,1984年生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2014年获中国科学院大学无机化学博士学位,2015年获日本科学技术振兴会“樱花科学”计划支持,在福冈大学山口敏男教授研究组开展合作研究。2016年-2017年获CSC公派留学计划资助继续在该研究组做访问学者。周永全研究员长期从事溶液结构、界面及盐湖资源分离研究,先后主持国家、省部级及横向项目20余项,研究成果在JPCL、JPCB、Chem. Eng. J.等期刊上发表SCI论文100余篇,获软著2件。现任IUPAC国际溶液化学会议(ICSC)国际指导委员会主席、中国化学会热力学与热分析专业委员会委员、中国晶体学会固体局域结构与全散技术专委会委员等。入选青海省“昆仑英才‧高端创新创业人才”-杰出人才,青海省“杰青”、西部之光青年学者(A),中国科学院青年创新促进会。获江苏省科技进步二等奖(第三、2025)、中国化工学会侯德榜化工科学技术奖—青年奖(2023),青海省科学成果奖—青年科技奖状(2023),青海省自然科学奖三等奖(第一,2022)等。
