周永全,1984年生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2014年获中国科学院大学无机化学博士学位,2015年获日本科学技术振兴会“樱花科学”计划支持,在日本福冈大学山口敏男教授研究组开展合作研究。2016年-2017年获CSC公派留学计划资助继续在该研究组做访问学者。周永全研究员长期从事溶液结构、动力学及盐湖资源分离研究,先后主持国家、省部级及横向项目20余项,研究成果在JPCL、PCCP、JPCB等期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇,登记软件著作权1件。现任IUPAC国际溶液化学会议(ICSC)国际指导委员会委员、中国化学会热力学与热分析专业委员会委员、中国晶体学会固体局域结构与全散技术专委会委员,《盐湖研究》编委及《Journal of Molecular Liquids》客座编辑等。入选中国科学院区域发展青年学者(2023),青海省“昆仑英才‧高端创新创业人才”-领军人才(2021),西部之光青年学者(A),中国科学院青年创新促进会。获中国化工学会侯德榜化工科学技术奖—青年奖(2023),青海省科学成果奖—青年科技奖状(2023),青海省自然科学奖三等奖(第一,2022)等。
