山东省临清市人,研究生学历,理学博士,研究员,博士研究生导师,博士后合作导师,轻合金与稀散元素分离课题组组长、青海省自然科学与工程技术学科带头人。民建青海省第八届委员会委员,民建青海省委盐湖研究所支部主委,民建青海省第八届委员会生态环境专门委员会主任。《无机盐工业》青年编委会副主任委员。中国化工学会无机酸碱盐专家委员会-委员,盐湖资源综合利用专家服务基地-特聘专家,中国有色金属学会冶金物理化学学术委员会-委员,青岛国际水大会专家委员会”-委员。
主要从事盐湖资源综合利用,包括盐湖稀散元素分离提取材料与技术研究、盐湖基金属金轻合金制备与应用研究。作为负责人先后主持国家自然科学基金项目及课题、青海省重点科技项目、中国科学院及青海省人才项目、中国博士后科学基金、企业委托及西宁市重大科技攻关项目等20余项科研任务。发表论文150余篇,其中SCI100余篇,授权专利40余件。
