先后主持包括国家自然科学基金、国家973重点基础研究发展计划项目专题、科技部国家第二次青藏科考项目子专题目等12项国家及省部级项目。围绕盐湖古气候环境演化与成矿等方面的研究,在npj-clim. Atmos. Sci.、Geophys. Res. Lett.、Quaternary Sci. Rev.、J. Geophys. Res.、PNAS等国内外知名地学期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,研究工作受到国内外同行的较高关注,被他引1200余次。先后入选“中国科学院青年创新促进会”人才工程(2014年),“青海省自然科学与工程技术学科带头人”(2016),“青海省优秀专业技术人才”(2017),“山东省泰山学者青年专家”(2018),青海省“昆仑英才·高端创新创业人才”领军人才(2024)。
